Student Rate
Group Classes are $10 per class. Only individual classes can be purchased. No online purchases. Must show valid student ID at time of purchase.

Private Parties: Host a maximum of 15 guests at your very own Exhale party! You and the Exhale instructor of your choice can design an intimate, fun and energizing exercise party at Exhale Pilates Studio for your friends, family, clients, colleagues, bridal party and more. Please call the studio for more information.

All Packages and classes excluding unlimited monthly is good for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Rehabilitation Services

Initial Evaluation (90min) -Please visit the www.bethsobbapt.com for pricing and additional services
Individualized session involving thorough musculoskeletal/neuromuscular/biomechanical exam including specific Pilates based rehab program, home program, and therapeutic recommendations for ongoing treatment. Treatment may include manual therapy, patient education, taping/bracing, Pilates Reformer work, or other specialized Pilates techniques.

*Many of our Rehabilitation services may be covered by your medical insurance and can be billed for you through our P.T. in accordance with standard billing/provider practices and contracts. Fees may vary from posted private fees depending on your insurer and reflect provider agreements and additional billing/collection fees.
